THE PUFFIN HUT DELIVER TO ANYWHERE WITHIN THE UK (EXCLUDING NI). DELIVERY IS FREE FOR ALL UK ORDERS OVER £20.
*UK orders are sent out using the Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked Service by default unless otherwise requested.

Please ensure that you enter the delivery address details carefully. The Puffin Hut can not be held accountable if an order gets lost due to incorrect information given at the time of ordering. We can only ship to the delivery address given when you order.
With the Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked option Royal Mail aim to deliver at least 93% the next day but is not guaranteed. At certain times of year your order may take a little longer and we ask that you wait 5 working days before contacting us.
Please note: Orders are processed between 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Any orders placed outside of these times will be processed the next working day.
In addition to delivery via Royal Mail, we also offer a local delivery service for our customers with a delivery address within a 5 mile radius of our shops. Please see our Local Delivery page for more details about this service.
We require payment in advance for all products ordered. Goods will be dispatched when cleared payment has been received. The Puffin Hut use World Pay to process payments. If you have any questions about payment please do not hesitate to contact us. All prices are quoted are in £ Sterling.
Returns & Refunds
If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order you may do so within 14 days starting the day after the goods were delivered. Should you wish to return them within this period please contact Puffin Hut by email or by telephone. Please note that as some products are for oral use, once used they cannot be returned, unless faulty. Any items returned for a refund must be returned in resalable condition with any seals intact where applicable. Unless faulty we cannot accept any unsealed E-Liquid returns for health and safety reasons so please make your selection carefully. Orders can be cancelled any time prior to shipping. Once shipped, if returning an unwanted item, you will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs. In addition to our 14 day Refund/Exchange policy, if you believe that your product is faulty please contact us as soon as possible. Upon returning goods to us they should be well packaged and reasonable care taken to ensure that they arrive back to us in good condition and if possible with the original packaging. We cannot be held responsible for any returned goods that do not arrive back to us, so please return using recorded delivery. Any returns must include a copy of the original order invoice.
